How to use and precautions
Read the instructions before use. Use only in a well ventilated environment. The bonding surface should be clean, dry and free of dust. The surface should be roughened before use to ensure the bonding strength. It can be used between 10 ° C and 32 ° C. The temperature is better between 21 ° C and 29 ° C. The glue can withstand a temperature range of -40 ° C to 66 ° C, and a small area test before formal use.
Apply it directly to the surface to be bonded, press firmly, start to thicken after about two minutes, and start to solidify in 10 minutes. To achieve higher strength, let the bonded parts dry for 24-72 hours. When the temperature is low, the curing time will be prolonged. When the temperature is high, the curing time will be shortened. It can be accelerated by hand-held hair dryer. It should be set in the low temperature range, not directly against the universal glue.
You can remove the dry glue with acetone or turpentine. The cured material can be cut or scraped off with a tool.
If you use this all-purpose adhesive to bond fabrics, do not dry the fabric.
This all-purpose adhesive is not recommended for bonding foamed polystyrene, polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene plastic.
