What do I need to register?

To register for free, all you need is a valid e-mail address and password, plus your name, mobile number company name and country.

Once you've registered, you can use this email address and password or mobile number or App QR for all FUJEEKA Online products and services.

How do I register?

Registration to FUJEEKA is simple and fast:

  1. Click on the Signup link at the top navigation bar on FUJEEKA Online page
  2. Complete the required fields
  3. If you wish, enter one or more keywords to receive e-mail updates when new products are posted online, then click Continue. On the next page, you'll see matching categories to select for your Product Alert e-mail updates (free with your registration). Select your categories and click “Subscribe”. You will then see a confirmation page. Check your e-mail inbox afterwards and click the verification link in the e-mail we send you in order to confirm your Product Alert request.
  4. If you don't want to enter any keywords, simply click Continue. On the next page, you will again have the option to enter keywords to select categories for free Product Alert e-mail updates.

What are the guidelines for choosing a password?

Your FUJEEKA password is case-sensitive. Here are a few guidelines for creating passwords:

Why do I get the error message "This E-mail Address already exists" when I enter my e-mail address?

This means someone has already registered that particular e-mail address with FUJEEKA Online.
What you can do:

  • Use a different e-mail address.
  • You may have registered previously using this e-mail address. You can click on "Forgot your password?" on the Registration or Login Page and follow the instructions.
  • If you are not sure if you are registered, please contact FUJEEKA Customer Services for help. If you require immediate assistance, you can Chat online with a Customer Service representative.
Why do I get the error message "This Mobile Number already exists" when I enter my mobile number?

This means someone has already registered that particular mobile number with FUJEEKA Online.
What you can do:

  • Use a different mobile number.
  • You may have registered previously using this mobile. You can click on "login via mobile number" on the Login Page and follow the instructions.
  • If you are not sure if you are registered, please contact FUJEEKA Customer Services for help. If you require immediate assistance, you can Chat online with a Customer Service representative.
What is "Remember me when I come back!"?

Important: Please remember your e-mail address and password. For security reasons, we will not ask you to re-enter your password when you access personalized areas of the site, such as your Product Alert settings, User Profile and Notifications settings.

What if I change my mind?
You can log out of the website at any time by clicking the “Logout” link at the top right-hand corner. After logging out, you can login again and choose whether to let your browser remember you.

Why does my registration form become blank when I submit it?

If the fields on your registration form become blank and nothing happens when you submit it, the problem may be that your browser's cookies setting is disabled or set at a too high or restricted level.

Once I'm registered, what happens next?

After registration, you are automatically logged in to FUJEEKA Online and are able to use a much wider range of FUJEEKA services. You will also receive a Welcome e-mail from us, with helpful hints on how to use our Product Alert service.

Important: After registering, we recommend that you go to your User Profile page and complete your company information. This will let our system pre-complete an inquiry form with your details before you send it to suppliers Providing more details will also help suppliers reply to your requests appropriately.

To do this make sure you are logged into the site. The User Profile link will only appear in the top navigation bar after a successful login.

Why should I select product categories?

Selecting product categories allows you to use FUJEEKA Product Alert, a customized view on mobile app, a customizable e-mail service that updates you on products, suppliers and industry news – in the categories you've selected – as soon as they're posted on FUJEEKA Online. You can add or remove categories, or stop receiving Product Alert updates, at any time.
